
Christopher Gyetvay, director - organisational development unit, ATO
Christopher Gyetvay is an organisational psychologist who has worked in a variety of public sector organisations including the Australian Taxation Office, the Child Support Agency and the Department of Defence. He has undertaken a broad range of roles including employee and executive coaching, design and delivery of large scale recruitment campaigns, client behaviour analysis and modelling, and workforce planning. For the past five years Chris has focussed on HR system diagnosis, design and implementation in the Tax Office, with corporate portfolios including succession management, talent identification, employee engagement and implementing a values based culture.
