Brian Williamson is admitted as a solicitor in NSW, Victoria in all Federal Court and Tribunals. His work centres upon giving strategic advice to clients on the management of all aspects of workplace issues.  This involves senior executive and boardroom meetings, planning and training sessions. 

His clients include many well known multi-national, national and local government organisations.  His firm, Workplace Law, has offices in Sydney, Gold Coast and Brisbane, and acts only for employers.

Williamson has a Diploma in Law (SAB), a Masters' of Commerce Degree (Deakin 1992); and was one of the first solicitors accredited by the Law Society of NSW as a Specialist in Employment & Industrial Law (1994). He is a member of the Law Society of NSW's Employment Law Committee and a director of the Spastic Centre of NSW.
