Beth Winchester, general manager HR, Fuji Xerox Australia

Beth Winchester is the general manger human resources for Fuji Xerox and is responsible for both the Human Resources and Organisation Development teams.

Winchester joined Fuji Xerox in 2006 and previously worked with the Lend Lease group for 20 years working in both Human Resources and the Finance areas.

She sees HR as a Business Partner and key enabler of business results.  The key HR strategy at Fuji Xerox Australia's is to build a stronger performance and engagement approach.
