Luisa McKay, head of HR operations, American Express Australia
Luisa is Head of HR operations for American Express Australia, a position she assumed in January 2007. She is responsible for business unit HR support, recruting and staffing, employee relations and service delivery for the market. McKay joined American Express from Insurance Australia Group where she held a number of positions, her most recent leading the HR relationship function in the states of NSW, ACT, WA & QLD for the CGU business.
